October 11, 2-6:00 p.m. HCGH Farmers’ Market. Join us every Friday for the HCGH Farmers Market. Keep your family healthy with fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, cheese, eggs, meat and other farm products grown and produced on local Howard County Farms. New vendors this year include Misty Meadows Milk and a jewelry vendor once a month. Market is at the rear of Visitor Lot C at HCGH.

At this seminar, Johns Hopkins neurology sleep specialist and director of the Sleep Center at HCGH, Charlene Gamaldo, M.D., will discuss common sleep problems like sleep changes that come with age; insomnia, especially in women; and other disorders that get in the way of restful sleep.
